Saratoga Center for the Family Therapist Tiffany St. Louis, LCSW does a deep dive into mindfulness practices and activities to use for mental wellness. If you want to fully experience the activities presented, have on hand:

• A piece of candy (something small like a Hershey kiss that can easily melt) - for a mindful eating activity.

• Crayons or colored pencils and a mandala to color - for a mindfulness mandala exercise.

• A water bottle or jar, water, glitter glue, glitter, and food coloring - for a mindful jar activity.
